The five foolish virgins were not lacking lamps or oil; they lacked extra oil. What does the oil signifies? Does it mean anointing? If oil signifies anointing, can anointing be bought? Not at all. While anointing represents being set apart for God’s purpose, it is not something that can be purchased in a marketplace.
