Rain is a sign of comfort, abundance and blessedness. It’s clear that when rain falls after a drought it signifies the end of famine. In this nation, the long-awaited rain is about to fall, there will be abundant of rain.
1 Kings 17 and 18 gave an account of what lack of rain can result to. There was no rain for about 3years and there was famine and drought in the land. Elijah said, its time for rain to fall. And he prayed! Although at first there was no sign, but he kept praying till the seventh time when the servant saw a sign and there came abundant rain.
1 Kings 18:44-45, the bible says; And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man’s hand. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down that the rain stop thee not. And it came to pass in the meanwhile, that the heaven was black with clouds and wind, and there was a great rain. And Ahab rode, and went to Jezreel.
You will see a sign of greatness in your life and family as a result of what God will do in your life this year in Jesus name.
When there is change of story, there is an end to long-awaited time. God will change your story this year and cause abundant rain of blessings to fall upon your life and marriage in Jesus name.
Waiting and feeling depressed/frustrated in the Kingdom principle is a NO! Proverbs 3:5-6 affirms that if you trust in the Lord He will direct your path, and Isaiah 49:23b crowns it that if you wait on the Lord, you will not be ashamed. Peace during waiting is a sign of TRUST. And when you trust God, he reciprocates with your desired miracles.
Waiting period is not a wasted period if you chose to wait with GOD. Sometimes, its God training and teaching you to be a tough soldier.
At times, all you need is persistency to get that one sign like Elijah did in 1 Kings 18, be consistent, be patient for God to bring about your desired change and He will. Don’t quit until you see that one sign that will land your miracles into your hand. If the Prophet of God has been tired after the 6th time, what would have happened? Don’t give up! Help is on the way for you.
You might have been waiting to hook up with someone that will journey with you in marriage, but its not coming forth and it seems time says you are still young even at above 30. Maybe you have been postponing the wedding because you want to have a stable job, but its as if no company is hiring or you aren’t good enough for the job… its not just forthcoming. You have been disappointed so many times, and you feel its not worth trusting anyone again. A new dawn is about to begin for you. A new chapter is opening for you in Jesus name. Keep on praying, keep believing, and trust in the Lord. Wait on the Lord and you will WIN!
Your home might be passing through storm and you don’t know where to turn to. You have toiled all night and you caught nothing, its time to be persistent and believe the Word of the Lord, and experience a boat sinking testimony as recorded in Luke 5. God is saying to you today, trust me. I am sufficient for you. I am the Lord over every storm, when the storm hears my voice, it calms. God want you to trust Him, and He doesn’t want you to relent.
Just Keep praying – Look up to God and trust Him for a change
Be patient – Be persistent, consistent and unrelenting
Keep praising – Count your blessings. Praise God even in very difficult times. You will be shocked at many people who want to be like you despite you thinking your case is the worst.
I pray for someone reading this right now, that by this time next year, your song shall be “I never knew you will answer me this way…you have answered me this way, thank you JESUS”. The whole world will hear and congratulate you for your great testimony.
