The king's meat can be deadly, it can cause cancer, it can cause unwanted pregnancy, it can cause destruction of destiny. This King's meat can be interpreted to a life of sin; this can be in diverse ways; your relationship with ungodly friends, unholy relationship with the opposite sex, living large and walking in sin, disobedient to the laws of God. Daniel,Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego decided not to spoil themselves with the king's meat. The affluence of the land, yet, they came out as the best, and most well nourished. Even when they were thrown into fire, God was waiting for them there, and what was supposed to burn them became air conditioner.
There is hope for us in this country. I believe in the Nigeria where people are proud to be a Nigerian, and whenever you are traveling and people see your green passport, they will want to touch you and associate with you because of what God is doing in this country...
One day, in this country, our leaders will have the sole interest of the citizen and the development of the nation at heart.
One day, leaders will be ready to serve and be spent for their citizens and country
One day, our natural resources will be channelled aright to make life better for all citizen.
One day, leaders will no longer steal the country’s money legitimately.
One day, political office will be occupied by God-fearing leaders who will not turn around against the citizen.
One day, orderliness and calmness will be the order of the day.
One day, seeking after God shall be the weapon of stability in this country.

God has indeed made available everything we need to be blessed by the Kingdom and to be a blessing to the Kingdom. You are a custodian when you accept the responsibility to be a child of God, Romans 8:14. and your reward begins from the earth as you enjoy many great benefits; good health, sound wisdom, wealth, prosperity, working of miracles, authority over darkness and its works, living a life of honour, beauty and grace...
A custodian is someone who is entrusted with a valuable asset in order to prevent it from theft/loss or been wasted and also to tend such asset to multiplication or profit. A custodian can also be known as a caretaker, keeper, conservator… A custodian takes care, protects, and develops the asset into a profitable means.
In the last series, the discussion had been quite interesting, using the biblical story of David and Obed-Edom, we are able to delve into God’s principle as regards what He commits to your hand, the motive behind the way you carry it out and basically.
In this series, we will give a concise definition of custodian, what God can entrust in your hand and the qualities of a custodian. These qualities does not only signify how successful a custodian can be, but also where such custodian will end (heaven).
The difference between the two is scenario is that,
a. God was trying to bring to David’s consciousness that He is a God of principle and does not joke with whatever He says.
b. When your heart is sincere and pure towards Him, even if people meant evil for you, God will go to every length to defend you.
c. When you obey authority, God will honour you. The king has spoken, Obed-Edom did not argue, and God honoured him. Even when it was the people that made the choice earlier, in the case of Abinadab, God still honoured Abinadab. I Samuel 7:1, I Chronicles 13: 13
